  1. Make ready 600 gm Raw mango
  2. Get 1/2 packet Achar (pickle)masala
  3. Get 3 tsp red chilli powder
  4. Get 1 tsp haldi/ Turmeric powder
  5. Get To taste salt
  6. Get 200 ml Mustard oil
  7. Take 1 tsp onion seeds
  8. Get 2 tsp mustard dal yellow
  9. Take 1 tsp Mathi (fenugreek seeds)
  10. Make ready 2 tsp white vinegar
  11. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  12. Make ready 2 tsp saunf(fennel seeds)

Note: Mangoes will reduce in volume. Add all the spices to salt water and keep it aside. Mix spices, water and oil to mango slices. Keep the Mango pickle in glass jar with lid on.

  1. Now take raw mango remove their skin then grate it with the help of grater.
  2. Then transfer it in a bowl add red chilli powder,salt, tarmaric powder now heat oil add onion seeds,put this Oil in boil.
  3. Now add mustard dal,sour powder and cummin seeds grind it and put it in bowl.
  4. Add 1/2 packet Achar masala and mix it well
  5. Mix it well and add 2,3tsp white vinegar mix it well again it is ready.
  6. Fill it in air tide contaner after two days ready to serve
