I just mixed in corn starch milk and a little chicken stock. To serve I put cooked egg noodles on the plate first then the sauce and then topped it with the. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder & saute it. Add chicken strips, salt and mix them well.

Steps to make Chicken frankiee:
  1. Cut the boneless chicken into thin strips, take pan add oil,add chopped onion, let tje onion turn brown then add ginger garlic paste,add chopped tomatoes and let it cook..now add the masalas (red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and garam masala powder) add almonds and cashewnut powder (grind alomonds and cashewnuts into fine powder) now add little water, then add boneless chicken mix well..add coriander leaves and cook till the chicken is conpltety done and dry.
  2. Make frankie masala by adding chaat masala,amchur powder,salt, red chilli powder and black salt..give it a good mix and keep aside..
  3. Cut onion into thin slices, chop green chillies..add to the onion and sprinkle lemon juice mix well keep aside..
  4. Make chapati..now take egg whisk it properly..to the oan add very little oil and add whisked egg to it top up with chapati and let the egg stick on chapati..and well cooked..then add slices onion to it..sprinkle some frankie masala, add chicken and roll the chapati from both the sides…ready..enjoy👍
