Steps to make Mango cake:
- First mix vinegar and milk keep aside. Then take a blender and add mango puree and sugar. Blend to a smooth puree.
- Transfer the puree in a large bowl. Now add oil vinegar mix and food colour.
- Using a whisk, mix well. Making sure everything is well combined.
- Place a sieve and add maida, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well using cut and fold method.
- To prepare the cake in a pressure cooker add 1-1/2 cup salt in the pressure cooker and close the lid without keeping the gasket and whistle. Preheat the cooker for five minutes.
- Transfer the cake batter in cake mould. Make sure to line a butter paper at the bottom.
- Tap the cake tin to level up and remove any bubble. Place the cake tin in a preheated cooker.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 45 minutes.after 45 minutes insert a toothpick and check the cake has baked completely. Cool the cake and then unmould it.
- Garnish with mango slices.
Pour the cream mixture until the mango cubes are covered. Place the next layer of cake on top.
