- When cake is done.let it cool down completely.take out from tin.
- Place a hard cake base /plate (cardboard ki jo gatta bakery cakes ky neechay hota hy) over a wire rack.place a wide bowl under rack.place cake over cardboard/plate.
- Pour over spoon ful of glaze at cake.cover whole cake with glaze.
- Let the excess glaze collect in bowl beneath it is reusable later. Keep the cake in fridge for hour or two to set down glaze.
- When the glaze is set,decor with red & black cherries & mango chunks. Serve chilled & enjoy mangomasti.
I have wanted to try mango mousse cake for a very long time and finally I got an opportunity to make it and it came out really well! In hindsight, it wouldn't have been so tall if I had layered it. Perfect Cake to be made with readily available ingredients from the pantry. My kiddos love to enjoy this mango cake with lots of whipped cream in the side.
