- In a grinder grind the semolina until a bit fine. Keep aside
- In a mixing bowl add sugar and mango puree oil and some milk. Whisk until they blend well.
- In another bowl add semolina maida baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix well by cut and fold method. Add in more milk so that we get a thick and homogenous mixture. The mixture should not be runny.
- Grease a cake tin. Pour the cake mixture in it. Tap a bit. Add dry fruits on top.
- Bake the cake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Once done keep it aside to cool. Serve once it is removed from the tin.
