Steps to make Mango cake:
  1. Transfer the mango into a grinder. Blend it into a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer pulp into a sauce pan. Add sugar 1/2 cup and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.Turn off the flame and keep aside to cool.
  3. Grease cake tin with 1 tsp oil. 6" cake tin is used here.
  4. Add 1 tbsp maida and dust it well. Remove extra maida. Preheat a pan on medium flame for 5 minutes.

  7. Add 4 tbsp mango paste. Mix well slowly. Do not beat for long.
  8. Transfer batter in cake tin. Tap 2-3 times. Put cake tin inside preheated pan.
  9. Cover and bake for 35 minutes on slow flame. Let the cake cool down.
  10. Remove a thin layer of cake texture. Put mango paste on the cake and spread evenly.
