- In a pan heat ghee then roast suji for 6 to 7 minutes and then place coconut andd after 1 minute off the flame

- Divide the mixture in two parts.in a part mango colour and in another part mix green colour. now grease a plate with ghee place green mixture then mango colour mixture over it..
- Now decorate with silver verk an dry fruits cut in burfi shape…let it be cool and enjoy this 2 colour burfi
