Instructions to make Mango Ice cream:
- I prefer rice or cornflour since wheat flour gives a wheatish taste but it is preferably more healthy. Roast the particular flour you are using for 2 mins.
- Mix the flour with some milk without forming any lumps.
- Boil the rest of the milk. Then add the flour milk mixture. Stir continuously so that lumps do not form.
- When it thickens and becomes reduced, add the compound chocolate and essence.
- Once the chocolate melts, transfer them to a mixing jar.
- Mix them with a bit of butter in the jar. (Butter emulsifies it and gives a tasty ice cream, but you can skip it for a more healthy ice cream) for 1 min.
- Transfer them to your preferable container and freeze them for 3 - 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, take the ice cream out and scoop them and add them in mixer, mix them again for 2 min.
- Transfer them to the container and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight. Your ice cream is ready. Enjoy !
- Note - You can substitute the mango compound chocolate with mango puree in the mixer step.
