- Now in a double boiled,melt the chocolate by adding 1 tsp milk. Now add Chopped Dry Fruits to it. Mix this well.
- Now roll the bread straight as seen in picture.
- Now spread 1 tsp mango pulp on the bread.
- Now add the about 1 tbsp of the chocolate dry fruit mixture.
- Now roll this into a cylindrical shape and repeat for each slice.
- Now in the serving plate most of the chilled Rabdi into it.
- Now place the bread rolls into the Rabdi and pour the remaining Rabdi on top.
- Garnish with sliced Almonds and Pistachio alongside the saffron strands and rose petals. If you want it to be more chilled, leave it in the fridge for a further longer time. Now it's ready.
