Steps to make Mango ice cream:
  1. First of all take 1 liter full fat milk (Amul Gold) and boil it.Stir it well
  2. Boil the milk for 15 minutes. During this stir it constantly…mix the Amulya powder and corn flour in a bowl…mix it with little amount of cool milk.
  3. Then add it into the boiling milk gradually….stir it constantly. Add 1 cup full of sugar and stir it..then boil for 5 minutes. After that take off from the flame. Cool it to the room temperature…
  4. Add 1 cup Alphonso mango pulp in it and stir it properly..Now pour this mixture in the air tight container and set in the deep freeze for 6 to 8 hours…
  5. After 6 hours take out from the refrigerator and churn it in the mixie…Add 1 cup cream and churn it again…
  6. Now pour the churn ice cream into air tight container…and set it in the deep freezer.. for at least 6 hours…after that ice cream would be freeze and ready to serve
  7. Took out container from the freezer and serve it in a bowl with the help of scoop…Garnish it with fresh mango pieces….
  8. Mango ice cream ready to serve…
