  1. Firstly mix all dry ingredients, add water lil by lil at a time & knead to form a dough.(dough should b lil hard not soft) - Rest for 30 mins, cover with damp cloth - Knead again for 2-3 mins. (Until no suji grain) - Equally Divide dough into 4-5 portion. - Roll big thin puri, with the help of cookie cutters cut small rounds. - Heat oil & fry one by one (while frying press slightly & splash of oil on puri) - Point to be noted: Oil should be hot, but fry on medium flame.
  2. For sweet & Sour Water : Mix all ingredients together, keep refrigerated until serving
  3. Put all veggies in a bowl, lastly add lemon juice & Salt, mix it well
  4. Assembling - - Fill half of ur shot glass with sweet sour water. - Take a puri, hole from Center, fill with Salsa. - Palce it on top of short glass - Enjoy
