  2. Get 1 1/2 cup milk

  4. Make ready 1/2 cup condensed milk

  6. Get 1/4 cup mango puree
  7. Get 1 tsp mango custard powder
  8. Take 1/2 tsp mango essences
  9. Get 1/2 tsp cardamon
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp almond and pistachio crushed
  11. Make ready few drops of yellow colour

Place the pan on fire and grease with a little oil. Spread the batter in thin small rounds. Top some coconut mixture on it and roll up. Make all the rolls in same way.

Steps to make Mango malai roll:
  1. FOR ROLL FILLING : In a pan add khoya and condensed milk.Reserve 2 tbsp of each for later use. Cook it on low flame to make a fine paste and no lumps remain.
  2. Now add cardamon powder and mixed well. After few minutes place this filling in a refrigerator.
  3. FOR MALAI MIXTURE : Now in a pan add milk, condensed milk, cardamon and khoya. mix well and cook for 5 to 8 min.when it become thick add heavy cream and stir continustlly.
  4. Now add mango essesce and mango puree and cook for few min. Now add mango custard and stir continusly. Then cook till it become thick also add few drops of yellow colour.
  5. Turn off the flame and place it in a refrigerator.
  6. Now take bread slices, cut the corners and roll flat. Now add filling inside the bread and make rolls. now place these rolls on serving plater.Finally pour the malai mixture on the rolls and again place in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
  7. Now pour again the malai mixture on rolls till the rolls absorb it and place in refrigerator for few 5 to 6 hours.
  8. Now garnish it with with almonds and mango cubes.
