- Take a big pan add sugar and water and mix it well till sugar dissolve.
- Now add elaichi powder and keep in mediun flame to boil.
- Boil it for 15-20 mins.
- Firstly prepare the syrup and keep aside..

- Knead the dough with the mango pulp
- Let it set for 10 mins.
- Now make equal size balls and deep fry on medium flame.
