- Take sago in bowl add boiled potato and cashewnuts/peanut small pieces
- Add cumin powder,salt,black pepper powder and mango powder

- Now take some portion of the mixture in your hands and shape them into a flat round vada or patty. Do this till all the mixture is utilized
- Heat the oil in pan and gently place the ball in hot oil.fly that at medium flame.Do not overcrowd while frying.
