Slice the chicken breasts, then toss with flour and salt until coated. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Top with chicken and mango mixture. Remove the chicken to a plate.
Steps to make Mango chicken:
- Wash the chicken well
- Drain all the water
- Marinate the chicken pieces with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt for about 15 - 20 mins
- Then in a deep yok add white oil
- In it add green cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick, methi seeds, bay leaf, red chilli whole
- Add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste
- Fry well
- Add chopped tomato, cumin & coriander powder
- Fry till oil separates
- Add marinated chicken pieces
- Add raw mango slices
- Add salt and sugar as per taste
- Mix well
- Cover for 15 - 20mins or till done
- Serve with steaming rice
- Can be served with parathas too
