  19. Take 6-8 tbsp White oil

Slice the chicken breasts, then toss with flour and salt until coated. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Top with chicken and mango mixture. Remove the chicken to a plate.

  1. Wash the chicken well
  2. Drain all the water
  3. Marinate the chicken pieces with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt for about 15 - 20 mins
  4. Then in a deep yok add white oil
  5. In it add green cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick, methi seeds, bay leaf, red chilli whole
  6. Add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste
  7. Fry well
  8. Add chopped tomato, cumin & coriander powder
  9. Fry till oil separates
  10. Add marinated chicken pieces
  11. Add raw mango slices
  12. Add salt and sugar as per taste
  13. Mix well
  14. Cover for 15 - 20mins or till done
  15. Serve with steaming rice
  16. Can be served with parathas too
